Our story
Meet the owner- Bee Lafrenz
Bee was born and raised in Thailand. She studied hospitality and tourism in Bangkok. Coming from a family of business professionals Bee created her first business at 18. Growing up around her grandparents 400 acre organic sugar cane farm Bee fell in love with farm life and the animals and Fresh produce grown and sourced locally. Her cooking education began in the home, cooking with her grandmother and family.
Bee’s journey
With a lifelong interest in food and its impact on our lives and years of traveling Asia and the US making connections and learning and experiencing food culture all over the world, Bee decided to begin her Restaurateur journey. She has worked in top rated kitchens, ran a successful catering company and taught cooking courses. Now she is excited about her new location serving Cowlitz county.
Cooking with love
Bee truly believes that food is more than ingredients. Food can be medicine for the body and spirit. Thai food is holistic and healthy at its core and it is Bee’s dream to sell high quality ingredients and herbs to everyone that may not readily available in the states and rural communities. It is her dream to create and sell her own line of quality sauces in the future.
